Details

FOI 0551-15 explains that help desk, desk top and network support software are handled in-house so there are no contracts. Network support hardware contracts are provided by individual maintenance agreements linked to the initial product purchases, and are on 1 or 2 year contracts with an option to extend. Information is withheld under section 40 (personal data) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
