FOI 0736-15 gives a link to Cabinet Office guidance that describes how government classifies information to ensure it is appropriately protected. A digest of emails to and from the Office of Tony Blair about his visit to China, 2014, is released together with three diplomatic telegrams and a briefing on China’s economy. Some information is withheld under section 23 (bodies dealing with security matters), section 24 (national security), section 27 (international relations), section 40 (personal information), section 41 (information provided in confidence) and section 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
