Details

FOI 0817-15 explains that in November 2011, New Delhi issued 13 Emergency Travel Documents (ETDs) but none were for children. In December 2011, New Delhi issued 23 ETDs but less than or equal to 5 were for children. Some information is withheld under section 40 (personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
