Details

FOI ref 0927-14 explains that the FCO has sought assurances from the Algerian government on one occasion in the last four years under the DWA policy. It gives a gov.uk link to the exchange of letters between the British and Algerian governments and a link to the Special Immigration and Appeals Commission (SIAC) giving details of its decisions on the Algerian DWA cases
