FOI 0605-15 gives a link to the FCO’s annual report and accounts for the updated version of ‘adapting the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s global estate to the modern world’. It provides a table giving costs of maintenance, hospitality, restoration, decoration and renovation projects for the top 20 most costly embassies together with the brand of the Ambassador’s vehicle for 2013 to 2014. In 2009 to 2010 maintenance and hospitality costs for the embassies listed in the table were £8,991,232 and £2,007,971 respectively. In 2013 to 2014 £2,848,068 less was spent than in 2009 to 2010 – a 25.89% reduction
