FOI ref 0688-14 explains that as the FCO is currently retendering its healthcare contract, releasing information at this time may either prejudice Healix’s bid or give competitors an unfair advantage. Disclosure could have a negative impact on the FCO’s ability to get a good deal for the tax payer out of the tendering process for a new contract
