FOI 1075-15 explains that since 2009, FCO Services, a trading fund of the FCO, has invested £863,044 in a pilot project for the future implementation of enterprise project management. A breakdown of the cost is given together with estimated financial benefits of around £913,000 per year, explaining how this will be achieved
