FOI 1043-17 and 1046-17 releases a summary table of all contact between Foreign & Commonwealth Office staff in Rwanda and Burundi with tobacco manufacturers. It covers the period from December 2013 when the revised guidelines for overseas posts on support to the tobacco industry were finalised.
