Details

FOI 0263-15 explains that a large proportion of climate change projects are funded by the FCO’s prosperity fund which promotes action on global issues in the UK’s national interest. A table showing how the fund has been allocated to climate change or sustainable energy projects in 2014 to 2015 is given. The budget for the office of Sir David King, special representative for climate change for 2013 to 2014 and 2014 to 2015 is compared, showing a decrease by 10.6%. A link is given to the FCO’s priorities in supporting international action on climate and the action we are taking
