The request was for copies of all working documents and meeting papers specifically relating to the decision to leave the Photodynamic Therapy tariff unchanged as a result of the consultation on the National Tariff Payment System 2017/19.

NHS Improvement held the requested information and decided to withhold it on the basis of the exemption in section 36 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
