Details of NHS Improvement’s knowledge of fraud allegations against Paula Vasco-Knight and communications with NHS England, CQC and NHS Protect on this matter.

NHS Improvement provided the dates communication was made, and emails exchanged with NHS England and Care Quality Commission.

NHS Improvement withheld emails and information from NHS Protect on the application of section 31 of the Freedom of Information Act, and withheld the content of an email with the chief executives of NHS England and CQC under section 36 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
