Request for: (1) number of incidents reported to NRLS containing ‘sat nav’ or ‘satellite navigation’ in the free text in the last 10 years and for each year, the number of incidents reported as no harm, low harm, moderate harm, severe harm, or death; and (2) a summary of each relevant incident including the type of care setting and the level of harm reported.

NHS Improvement held the information requested and released some of it but withheld the summaries for each relevant incident on the grounds that complying with the request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under section 12 of the FOI Act.
