A list of special settlement payment requests made by foundation trusts to Monitor for submission to the Treasury for approval in the financial years 2013/2014, 2014/2015 and the current financial year, and for each request whether or not there was a whistleblowing element.

25 February 2016: On review, the initial decision to withhold information was upheld but on slightly different grounds.
