A request for correspondence between NHS Improvement’s Procurement Lead and KPMG in the last six months.

NHS Improvement was unable to progress the request because to do so would exceed the cost limit under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act and stated that section 43 regarding commercial interests is likely to apply to most if not all of the correspondence.
