Details

The request was for: correspondence between Cure the NHS (CTNHS) and Monitor regarding Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust between 2008 to August 2010 and October 2012 to November 2015. CTNHS members involved in the correspondence would be Kenneth Lownds and Julie Bailey writing on behalf of CTNHS.

This followed a previous request, which we had been unable to progress for the reasons set out in the letter.

‘I would like to receive copies of all correspondence between Monitor and CTNHS (including their members eg Ken Lownds, Julie Bailey etc) for the period 2008 - 2015 in relation to Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust.’
