This request asked for correspondence and reports relating to the panel convened to consider the issues relating to Johnnie Johnson Housing Trust and Hull and East Yorkshire Community Foundation and whether to take any action in relation to Kathryn Lavery, Chair of Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, in connection with those issues. The request asked for the correspondence between NHS Improvement and Kathryn Lavery and between Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust and Kathryn Lavery. The request also asked for the report and decision of the panel.

NHS Improvement held information relevant to the request and decided to withhold all of the information it held under sections 31, 41 and 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

NHS Improvement upheld its original decision to withhold the requested information.
