Details

This repeated a request responded to on 16 June 2016 for information on which trusts had complied with recommendations in Lord Carter’s report (‘Operational productivity and performance in English NHS acute hospitals: unwarranted variations’, February 2016) about pathology spending as a percentage of operating expenditure and adoption of the acute pathology model.

NHS Improvement held some of the information requested but withheld it under section 22 of the FOI Act (intended for future publication).
