The request was:
‘In [August], Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust lodged a formal complaint with Monitor over the decision by local clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) to award the £238 million Care Closer to Home contract to Locala.
Please provide me with: a copy of the NHS trust’s complaint to Monitor and all supporting documents supplied; copies of all written correspondence between Monitor and the trust regarding the complaint.’
