The requestor asks 26 questions regarding the appointment of various individuals to nursing related and other roles at NHS Improvement. The questions relate to the recruitment for the roles, details of the work undertaken as part of these roles, remuneration and salary details, job descriptions, line management and departmental structure, employee qualifications and the appointment of the Chief Executive.

NHS Improvement held the requested information and decided to withhold some of the information it held on the basis of the exemptions in sections 21, 40 and 41 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
