The requester asked for a copy of each trust’s completed agency self-certification checklist, used by NHS Improvement to monitor compliance with the agency rules.

NHS Improvement confirmed that it held some of the information requested, and withheld this information on the application of the exemptions in sections 31 and 33 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
