The request was for information about:

• the total number of trusts captured by the scope of the rules
• the number of trusts reporting in the period
• the number of trusts reporting the use of off-framework agencies.

It also requested a detailed breakdown of the number of trusts and shifts exceeding the price caps by staff category.

Monitor did hold the information requested and released it.
