Details

The request was for information about the number of shifts where the payments to such staff exceeded the price caps. The request also asked for a list of the trusts reporting these payments and the agencies used.

Monitor did hold some of the information requested and released information on the number of shifts which were reported as exceeding the price caps from the week beginning 23 November 2015 to the week beginning 28 December 2015.

Monitor did not release information for the remaining monitoring periods, as it intended to publish it in due course, or the information broken down by trust. Monitor did not hold the information on the agencies paid.
