Details

This protocol provides a framework for European countries to establish a health register after a flood event.

National health authorities can adapt and incorporate this protocol in advance of a flood event according to their own national response arrangements. The protocol is based on Public Health England’s (PHE’s) Major Incident Health Register Implementation Plan, written by members of the PHE (formerly HPA) Health Register Project Group.
