Flexible working ambassador schools and MATs (FWAMS): qualitative research

Details

The FWAMS programme ran from 2023 to 2026. It comprised bespoke peer support for school leaders delivered by ambassador multi-academy trusts (MATs) and schools.

CooperGibson Research was commissioned to undertake qualitative research with:

  • ambassador schools
  • supported schools
  • delivery partners

The report gives insights on:

  • what ambassador schools did to support schools and MATs
  • how the support contributed to change in supported schools

It also provides evidence on what works and what could be improved in any future peer support programmes.
