These agreed records document the outcome of annual consultations between the UK, EU and Norway on opportunities for jointly managed fisheries stocks in 2026. 

These consultations promote sustainable management of 7 North Sea jointly managed stocks of fish: 

• cod 
• haddock 
• saithe 
• whiting 
• plaice 
• herring 
• sprat 

There is a separate agreed record of consultations between the EU, Norway and the UK on: 

• sprat for 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026
