The Department of Health invited representatives of the financial services industry to conduct a review of the market of products to fund care. These reports have identified opportunities for development of financial care products and the problems they might face.

The review was supported by 3 industry-led working groups that looked at: consumers and the marketplace; housing and equity; and pensions and insurance.
