Termination of the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of certain low carbon ferro-chrome, originating in the People’s Republic of China, Russia and Turkey.
The Commission has announced in the Regulation 2018/1037 Official Journal ref. L185.
the termination, without measures, of the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of low carbon ferro-chrome, containing by weight more than 0.05% but not more than 0.5% of carbon, originating in the People’s Republic of China, Russia and Turkey.
This regulation takes effect from 24 July 2018.
The products currently fall within CN code 7202 4950.
