The fees statement is part of the Regulator of Social Housing’s commitment to be open and transparent with the social housing sector. It includes background information on the regulator’s role, its approach to regulation and the measures it will apply to its work.

This page also includes the letter from the regulator to large registered providers of social housing to inform them about the updated fees statement.

To support accountability on fees, the regulator has set up a Fees and Resources Advisory Panel to engage with stakeholders in relation to the fees we charge and the quality of the regulation that we deliver.

See the FRAP membership and terms of reference and the fees guidance for registered providers for further information.

See the Fees statements collections page to view other fees statements by RSH.
