Out of hours

The out of hours fee is payable if the consignment arrives at the BCP Monday to Friday before 8:30am or after 5pm.

You must pay £16 per quarter hour or less for APHA’s time spent travelling to and from the BCP.

Fees for extra checks due to non-compliances or additional control measures

You must pay extra fees if a check identifies a non-compliance with the rules for importing live animals to Great Britain.

There are different fees if the time spent dealing with any non-compliances takes place during core weekday working hours, weekday out of hours or weekends and public holidays.
