The report sets out the lessons learnt from the development and implementation of the Solar PV Feed-In-Tariff Scheme (FITS), which was originally launched in April 2010. The report explores the rapid take up of the FITS scheme for solar PV installations in 2011 and the resulting need for emergency action to control costs.
