Our data controller privacy notice explains how we will process your data in accordance with data protection legislation.

This notice explains how we will process your data if you share your details as part of the government’s work to help you return home to the UK. This includes data you may share to get a special charter flight, available from some countries where commercial flights are no longer operating. It also includes data you may share to get an emergency loan.
