Counter Proliferation Programme: project proposal forms

These forms are for submitting project proposals for the Counter Proliferation Programme for the financial year 2022 to 2023.



Read the Counter Proliferation Programme Guidance for information on the government’s approach to counter proliferation and guidance on how to apply under the Call for Bids. To be eligible, projects should be multi-country, regional or global in scope.

Your project proposal must include your completed project proposal form and a full activity-based budget.

Submit your proposal by 30 June 2022 to We will issue the result of bids by 1 August 2022.
