Details

The project has been developed by the British Embassy in Kyiv in agreement with the EU Delegation, EU Member State countries and Ukrainian partners and approved for funding by the FCO Bilateral Programme with contributions from other Member States.

The project’s aim is to develop a visual identity (logo, global slogan, colour scheme) and key messages for a communications campaign on Association Agreement including DCFTA to explain the benefits of closer integration with the European Union.

All interested bidders should familiarise themselves with the project’s Terms of Reference and fill in the Project proposal form together with the Activity based budget.

Bids, together with the outline of the methodology, should be submitted to the British Embassy in Kyiv, to ukembinf@gmail.com by 3pm on Thursday 30 May 2013. All tender bids should have “Tender for Developing Core Messages” as a subject line. Successful bidders will be informed of the outcomes of the tender by 1 June 2013. Contract for project implementation is planned to be signed on 3 June. The work is to be completed by 19 June.
