All Senior Civil Servants are required to disclose any employment, paid or otherwise remunerated, in addition to their Civil Service roles. This is done through the declaration and management of outside interests in the Civil Service policy.

This policy states that government departments should publish:

• the name of the person
• their departmental job title
• the company name of their secondary employment

This register outlines secondary employment by Foreign, Commonwealth & Development (FCDO) Senior Civil Service (SCS) staff in financial year 2023 to 2024.
