Farmer Collaboration Fund: apply using the Defra eCommercial System (Atamis)

Complete your application
You need to register on the Defra eCommercial System (known as ‘Atamis’) before you can apply for the Farmer Collaboration Fund (FCF).
Create an account using your organisation’s email address and contact details.
Sign in and find the Farmer Collaboration Fund
- Sign in to your Atamis account.
- Select ‘Find Opportunities’.
- Search for ‘Farmer Collaboration Fund’ or ‘C34856’ and select ‘FCP: Farmer Collaboration Fund’.
Download the application documents
The documents contain information you need to complete your application.
- Select ‘View documents’.
- Select a ‘Document Name’ to open it.
- Select ‘Download’ if you want to download any of the documents.
You’ll need to download Annexes A, B and C to complete your application.
Register your interest and start your application
- Select ‘Register interest’ and ‘Confirm’ to add the application to your account.
- Select ‘Home’ to return to the home page.
- Select ‘My Proposals And Quotes’.
- Select ‘C34856 - FCP: Farmer Collaboration Fund’ to open the application page.
The application page includes a requirements table showing the 2 forms you need to complete: ‘Qualification Envelope’ and ‘Technical Envelope’.
Complete the Qualification Envelope
- Select ‘Qualification Envelope’.
- Select a question and enter your response.
- Select the ‘Completed’ checkbox, then select ‘Save’.
- Complete all required questions, then select ‘Back to Summary’.
Complete the Technical Envelope
Before you start, make sure you’ve completed and saved:
- Annex A: Collaboration group information tables
- Annex B: Financial summary
- Annex C: Form of application
- your 6-month milestone plan and 3-year roadmap
- any maps needed to support your answers to questions 1 and 3
- Select ‘Technical Envelope’.
- Select a question and enter your response.
- If required, attach any supporting documents.
- Select the ‘Completed’ checkbox, then select ‘Save’.
- Complete all required questions, then select ‘Back to Summary’.
Submit your application
- Check that you have completed all questions and uploaded all required documents.
- Select ‘Submit’ on the application page.
