The following Practice Directions supplementing the Family Procedure Rules 2010 have been amended.

Practice Direction Details
5A Amend the list of forms to be used alongside the Family Procedure Rules 2010 by removing reference to a form no longer in use
36H Amend the current expiry date from 30 October 2020 to 31 December 2020
36Q Amend the current expiry date from 30 October 2020 to 31 March 2021
36R Amend the current expiry date from 30 October 2020 to 31 March 2021

These changes take effect from 29 October 2020.
