The Deputy Prime Minister is determined to help families balance childcare costs, work and family life. To make childcare more affordable, and work more flexible, the Deputy Prime Minister has championed a range of family friendly policies, including extending free childcare and increasing flexible working arrangements.

If you work for a family-friendly organisation, you can nominate your employer for the Deputy Prime Minister’s Family Friendly Award.
