Case study on individual Union Modernisation Fund (UMF) round two project. It sought to extend the scope of the union’s activities in the defence sector to groups currently marginalised, and transform representative structures. It aimed to identify, recruit and train equality representatives within the Ministry of Defence, the Hydrographic Office, the Met Office and the Atomic Weapons Establishment.
