New exporting producer of ceramic tiles from the People’s Republic of China.
The Commission has amended by Regulation no. 2019/1687, OJ ref.L258, the list of Chinese cooperating exporting producers of ceramic tiles to include a new producer, imports from whom benefit from an Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) rate of 30.6%.
This regulation takes effect from 10 October 2019.

The application of this ADD rate will be conditional on presentation a valid commercial invoice conforming to the statement specified in regulation 2017/2179.
