Exporter review of bicycles made by Universal Cycle Corporation (Gouangzhou) (anti-dumping duty 2379)

Initiating a new exporter review of a Chinese producer of bicycles, repealing the anti-dumping duty on imports from that producer and making such imports subject to registration.
The Commission has announced in Regulation 2019/2149, OJ ref L325, it is initiating a new exporter review concerning imports of bicycles produced by Universal Cycle Corporation (Gouangzhou). The anti-dumping duty attributed to this producer is repealed while the investigation is carried out.
This regulation came into effect from 17 December 2019.

Customs authorities made imports from Universal Cycle Corporation (Gouangzhou) subject to registration for a period of 9 months from 17 December 2019.
