Details

The Export Control Act 2002 requires the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport to lay a report on the operation of the Export Control Order relating to the export of objects of cultural interest, and a report on other matters relating to the operation of the Act.

This document reports on the operation of the control for the period 1 May 2021 to 30 April 2022.

The Reviewing Committee on the Export of Works of Art and Objects of Cultural Interest has published a separate report on its activity during this reporting period.
