Details
HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) commissioned independent research agency Kantar to undertake qualitative research. The research was undertaken alongside the publication of the Single Trade Window policy discussion paper, and sought to explore small traders’ views on potential functionalities of the Single Trade Window. Findings from the research, along with responses to the policy discussion paper, have been used to inform a consultation on Single Trade Window launched on 21 July 2022.
The research comprised interviews with 57 small traders with under 50 employees who imported or exported goods to or from the UK.
