Expert advisory group on further education (FE) teacher training and development

Updated 16 June 2026

Introduction

The Department for Education (DfE) has established an expert advisory group (EAG) on FE teacher training and development.

The revised members of the EAG will support DfE’s policy development for FE early career support and wider professional development from April 2026 onwards.
