The Office for Product Safety and Standards is building an evidence base regarding attitudes, understanding and behaviour around construction and construction products. This qualitative research report commissioned from YouGov explores the use of construction products by non-specialists in work on their property. It draws on interviews conducted with 30 non-specialists and follows up the report Domestic clients undergoing construction work.
