The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- curtail the operator licence held by Executive Chauffers Manchester Ltd from 7 vehicles to 5 vehicles for a period of close to 7 weeks with effect from 23:45 on 11 February 2019 to 23:45 on 31 March 2019
- report a formal warning
- extend the opportunity for the operator to satisfy with regards to finances, as detailed in the written decision
- record a formal warning to Karl Seaton
- require Karl Seaton to undertake a 2 day transport manager refresher of his CPC by 31 May 2019, evidencing attendance by certificate
