This document contains the following information: Exchange of notes between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the United States of America to extend the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters signed at Washington on 6 January 1994 to the Isle of Man: London, 2 and 5 June 2003.

The Exchange of notes entered into force on 5 June 2003.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
