In January 2008, the department commissioned the National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER) and the University of Exeter to conduct the national evaluation of diplomas from 2008 to 2013.

This report presents the findings from a telephone survey of the consortia that were approved to commence providing diplomas, or approved to provide additional subjects, from September 2010.
