The evaluation found that the activities supported by GREAT to assist the Business Enabling Environment are relevant to the needs of rural development. The activities undertaken (particularly the 3 main directions of action – public-private dialogue (PPD), Business Association development, and regulatory reform) are relevant, and arose from a correct understanding of the nature of the development problem.
