This evaluation assesses the effectiveness of the approaches taken to the design, development and delivery of Flexible AI Upskilling Fund (FAIUF) and its impact on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Professional and Business Services (PBS) sector and their employees.
This report summarises findings from the process and baseline phase of the evaluation, which was undertaken between November 2024 and June 2025.
