The report synthesises research and evaluates the implementation and impact of the EU voting and candidacy rights (EUVCR) policy. The EUVCR policy was part of the Electoral Integrity Programme, which was introduced by the previous UK government through the Elections Act 2022.
This evaluation was conducted by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s Elections Research and Analysis team.
This report follows the Year 1 and Year 2 Electoral Integrity Programme evaluation reports.
